Picture Quality of FiOS TV– PERFECT

Our Family don’t know how to begin to tell you how amazed we are after a couple of days of experiencing FIOS HDTV from the time of our subscription. Let me begin with the starting point -the installation!

I wasn’t in the house during the installation - I had other errands set to do that day, but my son who is present told me that the gentleman who worked with the installation was polite, professional and very good at his work. I did talk with the Verizon guy on the phone during the time he needed to know my security password to configure the internet. By the time I arrived, the person had completed the installation and left but given my son enough information, that I found it trouble-free to navigate the TV channels as opposed to what is being posted over the net.

Let’s me just summarize the benefits I like the best.

1. Navigation - in fact simple and I look forward to within a week to set up a “favorites” line up which I haven’t begin yet.

2. Picture quality - PERFECT. The previous provider, even after informing them that the signal was not strong enough, they just ignored me, I even installed an attenuator and nothing happened. After the installation and everything is at place, the picture on every TV in my house…old and new…standard and HD…is great, in fact it’s PERFECT. I think I will never again switch to another provider.

3. Station Line up….it has hundreds, every day we find something interesting . I am retired Navy…. yesterday I watched F18 Operations aboard Navy Carriers! I watched Military news and caught the Military History Channel and the Pentagon Channel! I was struck that these stations were in the line up and believe me, the day after that, I’ve informed all my retired Navy colleagues.

And as if the Verizon FiOS wasn’t enough, my FiOS Internet is faster than ever and my Verizon FiOS phone is amazing At last, my phone finally functions like it was created to work .

Now…..we’ll see. One finds out everything about the company they are dealing with during problems. When all under control….anybody can be at its best….afterwards, when problem starts to pour in, we’ll see what type of Customer Service Verizon FiOS really have. With what I’ve seen so far, I am doing okay, great in fact for the new TV experience.
